Academia + ONS = TRUST

We are happy to announce our new academic partnerships for ONS 2022. These are some of Norway’s largest and most prestigious academic institutions that have energy high on the agenda. Our new academic partners are  Norwegian University of Technology and Science (NTNU), BI Norwegian Business School and the University of Stavanger (UiS). This collaboration will give a solid foundation for the programme and will give us unique access to a pool of hands-on knowledge and insight.

The importance of academic partnerships

It is important for ONS as the leading energy meeting place to have close contact and collaborations with academia. Especially the knowledge institutions focused on energy and the transition we are in the middle of. At ONS we work to bring together every part of the energy eco-system. By collaborating closely with universities and other academic institutions we learn, develop a better programme and get real access to the next generation. This way ONS create the best arena for ideas, discussions, different perspectives and cooperation. As a result this will help us towards the energy transition and a sustainable future.
“In turbulent times, it’s important that business and knowledge institutions work closer together to co-create a better and more sustainable future”

– Leif Johan Sevland, CEO of ONS Foundation
