Norway – taking a front seat in the global energy transition?

The future of Norway´s oil, gas, wind, hydrogen, CCS and hydro resources are the given´s. And, when you add  climate challenge, energy security and geopolitics to it – well, then you have the basic elements for an interesting discussion.

The ONS Foundation has the past year worked closely with Mr Nick Butler in the development of a new feature; ONS Energy Agenda.

The dialogue with the Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Tina Bru, will be current as the first chapter in a series of seven is about Norway´s energy future, and not least that the author and chief editor behind it is Mr. Nick Butler. This is a series of future global energy outlooks, whereas the first chapter will be launched in our channels during ONS 2020 Goes Digital next week.

Mr. Nick Butler is an energy economist and is a visiting professor at King´s College in London. He is also a regular contributor to the Financial Times and Nikkei Asian Review.

Please go to www.ons.no  for Nick Butler and Tina Bru on Tuesday 1 September at 12:00 (CEST).
